DIGITAL PROOFS
Digital PDF proofs will be sent via email prior to the agreed printing date. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the digital artwork to ensure that they are happy with the design and ensure that all the wording, dates and names are correct.
Any changes required to the wording must be sent via email and the second PDF proof re-checked and approved via email.
The first two digital PDF proofs per item are free, if subsequent changes are made then any additional
proofs are charged at £15 per item.
As soon as the artwork has been approved an invoice will be issued for the remaining 70% balance. Printing will not commence until the full balance of the order has been received and the digital proof approved.
DESIGNS
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that you have permission to use any material you
request to be included in your design (for example poems and hymns in your
Order of Service or photography/imagery on bespoke stationery).
Please note that the colour displayed on screen can differ from that of the printed design and it is recommended
that you print the PDF design proof before approving the digital artwork.
TIMINGS
A PDF digital proof will be sent to you prior to the agreed printing date. The order will be printed on the agreed date and sent recorded delivery within 5 working days. All stationery must be signed for on delivery.
PRICES
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon placing an order. Payment of the deposit will be taken as acceptance of the terms and conditions. The remaining balance will be invoiced prior to the agreed printing date once
approved digital proofs have been received (via e-mail).
DELIVERY
All orders will be sent recorded delivery and must be signed for.
REFUND
The 30% deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 70% is refundable if the order is cancelled 4 weeks prior the agreed printing date. Once the digital artwork proof has been approved no refund will be provided. No refund will be provided for mistakes not detected on the approved digital proof so please check carefully.
DAMAGE + ERRORS
It is the customer’s responsibility to examine the stationery upon delivery. In the event that any damage has occurred, the damage must be reported (with photos attached) within 7 working days. Replacement stationery relating to errors will only be made if the stationery varies from the approved digital proof. Any variance to the approved artwork must be reported immediately (via email).
DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act, all data collected is solely used by Sandra Anello-Andrews and will
not be used for any other purpose unless required to do so by law.
OTHER
Sandra Anello-Andrews will not be liable to the customer or deemed in breach of the agreement if unable to carry out any order for any reason beyond its reasonable control. Without limiting the foregoing, the following will be regarded as causes
beyond Sandra Anello-Andrews reasonable control:
Act of God, explosion, flood tempest, fire or accident
War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition
Acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of
governmental, parliamentary or local authority
Import or export regulations or embargoes
Strikes, lock-outs or any other industrial actions or trade disputes
(whether involving employees of Sandra Anello-Andrews or of a third party)
Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery
Power failure or breakdown in machinery
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
